Where applicable, Shishū Matcha may receive:

• billing information necessary to process an order

Payments are processed through Stripe. Checkout takes place on Stripe-hosted pages, and complete payment-card details are submitted directly to Stripe. Shishū Matcha does not directly store complete payment-card details.

When the website is used, standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, and basic site-usage information may be processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers as part of delivering the site and maintaining its security.

This website uses browser local storage to remember the contents of your shopping cart between visits. That cart information is stored in your own browser and is not, by itself, transmitted to us. Stripe may set cookies or similar technologies on its own checkout pages as part of processing payments and preventing fraud.

Shishū Matcha does not currently run external analytics or advertising trackers on this website. No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or similar advertising technology is installed. If analytics are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated to name the provider.

Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with service providers who help us operate the store, such as payment processors, shipping providers, and hosting and infrastructure providers, along with any other vendors required to run the store. Placing an order does not automatically enroll a customer in promotional marketing emails.

Shishū Matcha does not currently operate a newsletter or promotional email program. If one is offered in the future, marketing communications will be sent only after separate opt-in consent and will include an unsubscribe option.

Customer accounts are not currently offered. Orders are placed without creating an account, and we do not collect account credentials or maintain account profiles. If accounts are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated.

Shishū Matcha does not sell or rent customers’ personal information.

Information may be retained as reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, customer support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and other legitimate business purposes.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Customers may contact mp@shishumatcha.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information where applicable.

This store is not directed to children.
