Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped using available carrier services through Shippo. Shishū Matcha may select the carrier and service based on destination, delivery time, availability, and shipping conditions. Tracking information will be provided once available.

Standard shipping within the continental United States is a flat $5.95. Orders with a merchandise total of $50.00 or more, after any discounts and before tax, receive complimentary standard shipping. Expedited services, when selected, are charged at the carrier rate shown at checkout.

Some local orders may be delivered by hand instead of by carrier. In that case the same shipping amount applies, no tracking number is issued, and we confirm by email once the order has been delivered.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are welcome, but continental-U.S. standard shipping does not currently apply. Shipping charges will be determined based on destination and available carrier rates.

We accept orders shipping to P.O. Boxes when supported by the selected carrier and service.

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, Shishū Matcha will offer a replacement or refund. Customers should contact us with their order information so we can review the shipment and carrier status.

Orders to U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands, are not covered by our continental-U.S. standard shipping.

International shipping is not currently available through our standard online checkout.
