Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Shishū Matcha reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including:

• product unavailability
• suspected fraud
• payment issues
• obvious pricing errors
• inventory errors
• technical errors

If Shishū Matcha cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Shishū Matcha makes reasonable efforts to keep pricing and product information accurate. If an obvious pricing, technical, inventory, or payment-processing error occurs, we may correct the error or cancel and refund the affected order.

Customers may contact mp@shishumatcha.com to request cancellation before an order ships.

Shishū Matcha will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun or the order has entered the shipping process.

Matcha is an agricultural product produced in limited quantities.

Products, sizes, and availability may change. Shishū Matcha does not guarantee continuous availability of any product.

Matcha is an agricultural product. Natural variations in:

• color
• aroma
• flavor
• texture
• other sensory characteristics

may occur between harvests and production batches. Website descriptions are intended to communicate the character of the products but are not a guarantee that every batch or preparation will be identical.

Shishū Matcha makes reasonable efforts to present descriptions, weights, images, preparation information, origin information, and other product details accurately.

Product photography and screen displays may not perfectly reproduce actual appearance or color.

Purchases are also subject to our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Products may be purchased for lawful personal or business use.

Shishū Matcha reserves the right to limit quantities or reject orders that appear fraudulent or abusive. Unauthorized commercial use of Shishū Matcha intellectual property is prohibited.

Users may not:

• interfere with website security or operation
• attempt unauthorized access
• engage in fraud
• use the site for unlawful activity
• use automated systems in a way that materially disrupts the service

The Shishū Matcha name, logos, branding, original photography, packaging artwork, written content, website design elements, and other original materials are the property of Shishū Matcha LLC. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Parts of the website rely on third-party providers for payments, shipping, hosting, infrastructure, and other technology. Use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shishū Matcha LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Educational content regarding matcha, caffeine, nutrition, research, and related subjects is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

These Terms may be updated. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved in appropriate courts located in Nevada.
